There must be some mistake. The West Bank is labeled “Samaria” and “Judea.” (This is sarcasm, of course.) And seeing Qumran on the northwest of the Dead Sea reminds me that the Dead Sea Scrolls are currently on display at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia. I am going next week, can’t wait!
